Bob just passed away and my thoughts go out to all those who knew and loved him. I had the pleasure of talking with him numerous times, listening to his stories and filming him play for the silent films we love. http://www.cinefamily.org/
Hope you enjoy one of my little films of Bob Mitchell at his best and doing what he loved! Several times I tried to put together the resources to make a documentary about him, it just never came together, sadly. This is one of those times where I wish I was back in Hollywood, because I know there would be a group of us getting together, thinking and talking about Bob and Silent Film.
