My dreams are coming true! How about yours? I was thinking of hotdogs, BBQs, softball, picnics, going to the beach, sitting on a bench at the end of the pier holding hands with the girl I love watching fireworks explode over the ocean and about all those that have fought and died to allow all this and more to happen.
The thing my friends says, the ones that are from other countries that now live and work here, they really see this as the promise land, streets paved with gold, land of opportunity and so much more! They can understand how we can let all the magic of it slip through our fingers. It's all here! We can feed the world, we can all have what we want, we can be all that we want, any dream is possible, this is Heaven on Earth!
What do we have to put into it to get out what we want? It's hard to figure it all out, isn't it? We Americans can do anything we want! We gained independence from England, we were divided as a country and came together, we built dams, skyscrapers, bridges, highways, Disneyland, sent men to the Moon and robots to Mars, built computers, the Internet, the iPod, the iPhone, we have Hollywood and all that it was and can be again, we have cured diseases, freed people from suffering, we have risked our lives for total strangers and fed people we'll never meet.
WE are amazing! We can do anything we want! We make dreams come true!
I want you to help me do something for me right now that's very exciting, I know for a fact you will enjoy it. First let me tell you how this all came about. An old friend that I used to be roommates with and was a coworker over 20 years ago called me out of the blue when I was having financial difficulty after being laid off from a media job in an industry that has almost become extinct.

Looking back on my life, I see that the things I really wanted, I got. If I really wanted something badly enough, those dreams came true. I have a big dream right now.
My plan is to be a successful certified clinical hypnotherapist, a novelist and filmmaker, making my living in a positive way where I can help people enjoy their lives.
