How can I love you more...

...than I already do now?

I think about you all the time. I think of you when I sit in my chair and stare off into space. I think of you when I'm walking alone in the snow or rain, or when I'm shopping for groceries, or sitting alone in the theatre wishing I was holding your hand.

When I wake there is that momentary sadness when I realize you have faded away and the bed is empty after we have made love, held each other, kissed and talked in whispers about our future wants and desires. I can feel your hand, fingers entwined, slowly melt away from mine. I can feel your skin against mine all warm become cool as you drift away. I can feel the pulse from your neck as your head, once on my chest, become my heartbeat.

I'm sorry you couldn't stay with me in bed, be with me when I wake and I'm sorry if I left you the same way.

I apologize if I have left you, I want to be with you when you wake. I want you to be able to keep the flowers I picked for you when we walked through the garden along the ruins of the castle we found in the mist.

Please forgive me for entering your dreams and promising you I'd stay with you even after we woke for the day.

Thank you for spending a wonderful time with me in my dream. I loved every precious moment of being able to do all we wanted, have all wishes come true and to hold you and feel you and hear you whisper, "I love you so much," in my ear.

I love you for coming, finding me, spending your time with me, making love to me and making my dreams feel so real. Better than real. Even though I'm awake now, I feel you with me in my heart and in my head. I feel you with your arms wrapped around me, your hands on my chest, your thoughts and wishes as you offer guidance through the obstacles of my waking life.

I know if I can try harder, I can pull you from my dreams and pull you through the fabric of the veil that separates us from the dream world. Please help me make this real, take my hands, look into my eyes, focus on my eyes, listen to me and come. Be with me forever!

The New Jerry Lentz Podcast shakes things up just for you! Listen and See how you'll be affected!

My brother wanted me to go see "2012" with him at the Dollar Theatre and while I thought I could go my whole life without seeing it, I thought, "well, a Dollar is isn't too bad."

I was ready to hate it, as I have with most of the movies these guys make, and all my friends hated it, but I must say, I rather enjoyed it. I imagine it's because I was just so prepared to have a bad time and the fact that I was seeing it for a Dollar. Then the News reports a devastating earthquake hits Chile, toppling homes, collapsing bridges and plunging trucks into the fractured earth, but as if that's not enough a tsunami set off by the magnitude-8.8 quake threatens every nation around the Pacific Ocean!

Maybe we all are headed for destruction as predicted in "2012?"

It's all sad news, so I hope you'll find a few minutes to calm down from the panic and listen to the New Jerry Lentz Podcast, that features fun stories such as these heartwarming nuggets of joy:

Woman Kills Puppy, Suicide Jumper Crushes Girl, Gary Coleman, Bruce Willis, Drunk Teen Girls Death Train, Trash Island, Human Sheep, Spider-Man, Tiger Woods, Money in the Future and so much more!

Are my dreams a portal to things to come, an evil alternate Universe, or just something else entirely?

Some strange going ons in my head these last few day!

I had a dream I was at a film festival with a girlfriend. It was a quaint little town, not unlike Park City, but smaller I think, and less crowded than Sundance or South By Southwest. We walked along the main street past storefronts of small bookstores and cafes to a theatre and inside was watching a film I supposedly made. The crowd seem to be all engrossed in it as I looked around from my seat, but as I looked at the screen, a scene was playing that I was unfamiliar with and it was from my story.

It was a small jet plane towing a glider. They were heading to a runway, but the towplane was having trouble. It was in danger and it was going to crash. The glider was also in trouble as it was unable to release itself and horrifyingly, it had the towline wrapped around the right wing several times.

The glider was being pulled to it's death!

As I watched this, emotions welled up inside me and I knew that this scene was meant for no one else in the theatre but me.

I awoke all distraught, showered, and then left to go sell plasma. As a girl was plugging me in and the hose was syphoning my blood from a vein on my right arm, I suddenly thought of the glider with the towline tangled around it's right wing!

Strange, but something more sinister was brewing in my head.

That night I dreamed I was at a Paul McCartney concert and he was performing with Wings. It was back in time and I knew I was back in time because Linda was also singing on stage. I looked down and I had a glass hand with a computer and time machine inside.

They were singing, "Jet" and they were great!

Suddenly, Paul starts gagging and begins vomiting, he tries to cover, but it's right in the middle of his vocals, and he can't stop! It's awful, he just keeps throwing up all over the stage and people in the audience, myself included become violently ill and also vomit. It becomes a chain reaction vomit!

I wake up in sweat!

Later in the day, I watch a documentary about one of my favorite writers, Harlan Ellison. I go to my shelf, get some of my books and there was a description of one of his events where he was writing his stories from the storefront window of a bookstore for the Today Show. In one of the sentences someone describes him as, "Throwing Up his words and talent onto the page in public!"

In an article I read online about him, it talks about him being acquainted with L. Ron Hubbard before he created Scientology and it mentions the ten-volume science fiction novel series, "Mission Earth" where Hubbard created the hero, Jett and how it later inspired John Travolta, actor and jet pilot to name his late son, Jett.

That morning I was in an office where there was satellite radio playing and suddenly Paul McCartney and Wings came on playing "Jet!" On a coffee table is an aviation magazine featuring a jet just like in my dream.

Later, I went to the Library to pick up a few books that were on hold for me and there was a meeting going on with a group of administrators from the local college and as I passed I saw a pretty Black woman and our eyes locked for a moment and we both smiled at each other. I got my books and as I was leaving I saw her alone and I introduced myself, telling her how I had taught Radio and Television at two schools in California and had run a workshop teaching filmmaking and showed businesses and teens how to make podcasts. I asked if there might be a way I could bring my skills to their college to teach again as I really enjoyed that experience and she seemed very interested and gave me her card.

On her card was her name, "Gayla" and as soon as I saw it, I remembered an old postcard I had seen in a box of ephemera of old Los Angeles. The postcard was from the 1920s and it was for a short subject movie and the image was from a dance scene in the film. The title on the card was "Gay LA" and in brackets in said, "(Los Angeles)" as the term LA was rarely used then and the "Gay" part of course didn't mean what it does now, it meant "Happy" but the amazing part was the image on the postcard was of 20s flappers and men in top hats dancing on the wing of a plane over the city!

Holding her card and possibly making a strange shocked face, I said, "I love that name, Gayla. Where did your parents get that?"

She smiled and said, "My mother just found it one day in a magazine."

"What magazine?"

She said, "Jet."

JET!!!

What the hell is going on?

Films are dangerous, a good one can get lodged in your brain like a bullet!

And slowly poison you with images and ideas, change you and mutate you, and make you do that hideous of all crimes; Think.

Some Netflix "Watch Instantly" documentaries I have enjoyed and a narrative films from these last few days:

"Harlan Ellison: Dreams with Sharp Teeth"

"The Future We Will Create"

"Stone Reader"

"Lady Vengeance"

Technology is such a wonderful thing! We can build iPhones, rockets, spaceships and companions!

http://blog.modernmechanix.com/category/robots/

You, will be a traitor to the human race! Building those that will only exterminate us and replace us, how dare you!

I want one of these, full-size, so I can get inside the cockpit! Oh, I guess I need an iPhone, too!

I would so love to turn my beat up Honda Civic into an exploding rocket! But maybe without the exploding part. This was awesome television! Turning a car into a space shuttle! Fantastic!

Seriously, she almost looks real!

One of my favorite androids!

Lady, don't let your husband design your robot replacement!

My Life in the Art World, as beautiful artists around the globe...

...make me the subject of their art!

This is a magical life! We should all be so happy to be alive! I know it's a roller-coaster sometimes, but when we're in the park, we love those scary rides, right?

We all should really find some way to live like our lives are works of art. Imagine the world is a Museum, a Gallery, a collection of fine and beautiful things for us to enjoy. We should find the artist in ourselves that can make our brief moments on this planet shine. If we can't find the artist in ourselves, we can seek out the artists in the world. Praise them, love them and thank them for making our lives brighter and for nourishing our souls.

One of my favorite cinemas in the world...

...has been bought by Quentin Tarantino! He bought it to save it from being turned into a Super Cuts!

http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/hr/content_display/news/e3i6baa5818ddcc27e15e669ccb81a30ecf?pn=1

I used to go there all the time! Even on nights when the movie showing wasn't that great a flick, just because the crowd is full of friends and good people who love to talk film. I knew the place so well, I even discovered the best seat in the house! In fact, it was a Magical Seat!

If you are ever in the area, please check the theatre out and if you tell them, "Jerry Lentz Sent Me!" they'll let you in for the regular price!

Looking for ways to supplement my income...

...I've turned once again to the world wide web!

There are so many exciting ways to make money on the internet, one must look closely and carefully. In an email I just received from an old friend I used to work with years ago, he discovered when he had to get his computer worked on that his 19 year old daughter had been working as a webcam nudie girl!

He was upset and unsure how to confront her about it, so he told his wife who admitted knowing the story for a few years. Years?!!

So it seems the mother caught the girl doing the webcam stuff when she was still in high school, but when she showed mom how much money she was generating, mom evidently calmed down and promised to keep the naughtiness secret if she put the money aside for college.

I love how people tell me their stories! I learn so much!

Today was, for me, like swimming in molasses!

Had a ton of shit to do!

Insurance. Tax Assessor. Accountant. And horror of horror shows, the... DMV!!!

Dang! I, your humble narrator, plowed through it all with a stupid fake grin on my face, a smile so wide my cheeks hurt and my teeth dried in the open air. Yet, I survived!

You'd be proud of me! I didn't engage my lizard brain and go on a shotgun rampage. But I did fantasize about it.

I got very inspired by the recent films, books, and interviews...

...I've watched, read and conducted!

Years of images and ideas are bursting to come out, yet it seems more fun keeping them in my head. No boss, producer, actor telling me what to do, I dream freely and there's no bandwidth, copyright, or terms of service restrictions.

Just watched within the last week or so, "From Russia To Hollywood: The 100-Year Odyssey of Chekhov and Shdanoff" a documentary on the legacy of actor-teacher Michael Chekhov and his student-protégé, George Shdanoff, who offered an alternative to Stanislavsky and Strasberg's Method style.

Also "Derek" a documentary on the life and work of accomplished artist Derek Jarman, whose legacy as a film director, stage designer, artist and writer continues to resonate.

And these films:

"A Walk Into the Sea: Danny Williams and the Warhol Factory"

"Fog City Mavericks"

"ClarkWORLD"

"Charlie Chaplin: The Forgotten Years"

"Don't You Forget About Me"

"John Waters: This Filthy World"

"The Pervert's Guide to Cinema"

Still reading the Joe Eszterhas book, "The Devil's Guide to Hollywood: The Screenwriter as God!" and still loving it! Why is it taking me so long? Cause I have it in the can and only read it during potty breaks, that's why. It's awesome!

As I write this to you, the snow is falling and it looks like...

...cotton balls in slow motion.

It's so soothing to look out from this chair, where it's warm, with a quilt covering my legs and this laptop heating it up. If I'm still and don't focus, there's a sense that my chair is rising up, because out the window the snow looks like falling stars passing by as I travel through space without moving.

I wish I could move this old fat chair through space and time. I know where I would go. I would go back to when I first saw her, young and full of energy, smiling at the world and open to all sorts of possibilities. I know I would see me too. I would be standing over there, next to her, watching me looking at her and here I would be, in my chair. The chair that moves through time and space.

I love you! More than you will ever know!

I wish you were here, or I were there, to hold you close, to hear you speak in person, to feel your warm soft breath on my neck, see your eyes in candlelight, to watch the fabric fall from your smooth silky flesh, to know yours is that last voice I hear at night and soon, the first in the morning light.

When I saw this at the old Museum of the Moving Image by the Waterloo Bridge, there were only 5 of us, at the end we were all in tears, we stood outside looking over the Thames and talked. We were an Analyst, a Diesel Fitter, a Boutique Manager, a Waitress, and an American DJ with nothing in common all brought together by a silent film about unconditional love, sacrifice and giving.

"What greater thing is there for two human souls than to feel that they are joined... to strengthen each other... to be at one with each other in silent unspeakable memories" - George Eliot

I think I want to live in a bubble!

My allergies, my germ phobia, my small comfort zone in cool temperatures, could all be regulated with a floating, flying and time traveling bubble. Yeah, that's what I need! But with a TV and Internet connection!

Remember the space ship Hugh Jackman traveled in, in "The Fountain?" It gives me chills to see this and hear Clint Mansell's "Death is the Road to Awe" I loved this movie!

So excited about all the money that's pouring into my life!

Having a late night chat with some friends until the early AM about "The Secret" and "Vision-Boards" and "Laws of Attraction" and "Manifesting and Creating " and things like that, and we each had interesting stories about how things were going in our lives. I wished mine were more interesting, but still I'm excited about the little events that have occurred that seem to point at the possibilities.

Because I'm still low-carbing it, I bought a pound of Fajita Mix, hot and fresh from the Wal-Mart Deli and reheated it while the discussion of how to assemble the "Vision-Board" or as it was sometimes called, "Dream Board" and "Goal Collage," continued. It wasn't long before I began experiencing what seemed to be food poisoning. Explosive!

I ended the chat and hit the bed feverish and shaking in chills, which was easy as it was 18 Degrees in the house! I'm trying to save on electricity by turning off the heat every now and then.

In what must have been a fever dream, I made my "Vision-Board," similar to what you see above, just not as silly and less money related, and Lady Gaga explained to me over wine at her piano how she's been doing it all her life and she's living her dream, she offered advice and suggested I make a music video for myself to show what dreams and goals I want to focus my mind on and manifest into my life.

She introduced me to a young photographer who told me he made a series of photos of a poor rap artist's first CD cover. It was all flash and money and gold and diamonds and this young Black man from the streets suddenly was living the riches in his real life that the photographer had created just for the photo shoot. He told me, "You think that was all a coincidence?"

I walked into a big empty warehouse room and sitting behind a desk was Andy Warhol who told me softly to sit down and talk about what I want my life to be like. "I don't really know. I don't know what I want," I said.

"Uh, you know, if you don't know... Well, if you don't fill it with ideas, your life will be empty of ideas."

"I might have a problem thinking ideas and goals up."

Andy shifted in his seat and coughed into his hand and said, "Uh yeah... You don't need to think up ideas. There are so many ideas out there... Already. Ah, you can use someone else's."

"What do you mean?"

"Oh, I wanted pretty paintings. I thought and thought about them... But uh, I didn't want to wait for inspiration, see? Do you think the life you might like to live is so unique that no one else has lived it? Maybe, I don't know you, but uh, you could use someone else's goals until you think up the Brand New Never Before Lived Life. Understand?"

I woke up with horrible stomach cramps and raced to the toilet, but I thought of Warhol and our conversation all the time I was spilling my guts. I bet I lost some weight then!

Back in bed, I dreamed I posted the "Dream Board" online and it inspired others to do the same and somehow with all the dreaming and manifesting everyone was doing, the economy suddenly changed for the better and everyone was becoming wealthy and living happy and healthier lives.

It's been concluded through research; If you watch these two videos, you'll feel smart and sexy!

"The Vlog" in association with "The Podcast" has its thumb on the pulse of those concerned with Megan Fox and the stunt thumb in the Motorola Super Bowl Ad and the future of her thumb's appearances in TV and Cinema. Warning: Partial Nudity and Panties are Visible!

Also, please enjoy the following!

"This haunting short film by acclaimed filmmaker, Jerry Lentz using the background of travel, location, mood, airports and solitude to express longing and loss of love, missed phone calls, breakups, finding lost loves, and a breakdown of communication, through snippets of conversations acquired during the shoot and represented in text; texting, another form of communication that travels through the air via cellphones and satellites. The viewer contextualizes the events and due to a lack of a singular character or conventional narrative, therefor one must internalize and assemble the images and questions much like a dream, making it a personal experience." - Liam Valen Exotropia Magazine

Keep your electric eye on me, babe. Put your ray gun to my head...

...Press your space face close to mine, love. Freak out in a moonage daydream, oh yeah! Want to know how that brilliant lyric was written and put to use?

Mad-Lib Girl, I'm as hooked on you as Leif Garrett is on heroin. Poopy Pants, I'm your love junky! You got me in a deep penetrating trance!

I've said this before, but I'm fascinated with "The Cut Up" a technique William Burroughs, David Bowie and numerous others used for new word combos and new words, for stimulating the mind for story ideas and song lyrics. Mad-Libs has that effect, but sometimes something bordering on the paranormal appears. It can remind one of Automatic Writing. Several times recently, elements from my dreams have appeared, or subjects of previous conversations have seemingly been brought out, bubbling to the surface of the random pool of the unconscious. I'm fascinated with it and with Mad-Libs.

http://www.legendsmagazine.net/104/william.htm

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cut-up_technique

Playing Mad-Libs on Skype and having a blast with people from around the World, except China! They don't seem to have internet.

Some examples of the Worldwide Mad-Lib on Skype Hilarity: "Unfortunately, the hamster wheel is full of a bunch of high falutin' shrimps that do not agree!"

"I have long feared that my buttholes would return to haunt me, and the cost would be more than I could lick."

Have you ever played Mad-Libs? It's so silly, but it's really fun! Try this, just for fun.

http://www.madglibs.com/ I have a group of girls, we do it on Skype, taking turns picking random words and it's fun! Sometimes we laugh so hard, I'm sore the next day.

Mad-Lib: "Teenager Jerry was traumatized by his parent's murder and vowed to bring the lamps to justice, used his precious fortune to study criminology, to train his body to slick perfection, and to acquire pills to fight crime in his hometown basement and to strike joy in the "succulently and impatient" hearts of lamps."

"Wolverine has a "fast beating factor" ability enabling him to regenerate sweet or toasted areas of his cellular clock. This grants him chocolatey immunity to coo-coo clocks and verbose immunity to the fatigue coo-coo clocks generated by his own body. It also drinks his aging iPad."

"Wolverine possesses secretly acute senses of sight, licking, and hearing. Wolverine`s skeleton was laced with laurel sulfate, rendering his bones carefully unpaintable. He also has three thighs on each hand which until recently were believed to be pointy laurel sulfate. When, the laurel sulfate was removed, however, it was revealed that his thighs were pleather, and therefore he must have been spanked with them."

Now, try this.

These and other exercises may expand your mind to the possibilities of creating new text and generating new thoughts and compelling stories. Or they could just make you laugh a lot!

This Day in 1971, Alan Shepard hit a few golf balls with a six iron on the surface of the moon. The first ball landed in a nearby crater. The second was hit further, and in the one-sixth gravity of the moon, Shepard said it traveled "miles and miles and miles."

Money was floating down on top of my hot nude body...

...in the dream I had last night!

A sweet girl that writes me after finding me on Facebook suggested if I liked "The Secret" stuff, then I would dig Joe Vitale. She's really into this Joe Vitale. She sends me his videos and stuff, so I picked up his books "The Key" and "The Attractor Factor" on audio and while tanked up on medication for my sore throat I listened and fell asleep. But I had the most amazing dreams while his words played on!

Was attempting to gargle with warm salt water to help my sore throat, but when I took a big mouthful, I realized I had absentmindedly put in pepper instead!

Vanity Fair's "New Hollywood" issue cover once again doesn't feature me! When will they learn? Also, not a single chick with color? Let's see, we have a Black Miss America and a Black President and a Black guy on American Idol singing, "Pants on the Floor" so I don't get it.

Zoe Saldana should have been nominated for best actress, I think she was amazing in "Avatar"! Was she snubbed because she's Black, or Blue? It seems the Taliban just love "Avatar!"

Watching Channel Four's (UK) "Haiti's Killer Quake: Why It Happened" amazing breakdown of all that happened, the science, the future, and what can and can't be done about it.

Wasn't surprised with all the people asked to record a new "We Are the World" song for Haiti, but it was odd that Michael Jackson's doctor joined in on the singing.

I think Paul Abbott's "Shameless" may be the best TV I've seen in years!

A young girl just asked me what a Typewriter was... ? What should I tell her? Then she asked me if I was alive in the time they were in use. Ugh!
